Security Shift Manager - FT

Security Supervisor

Supervise, direct, and support security personnel during assigned shift.

Monitor security operations to ensure a safe and secure environment for guests and staff.

Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and alarms, coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services as needed.

Complete detailed and accurate incident reports and ensure proper documentation of all security-related activity.

Supervise, train, and coordinate staff to ensure compliance with all Motor City policies and regulations.

Provide exceptional service to all guests.

Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Two years of security experience or alternative deemed appropriate.
• Three years of supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership, supervisory, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Michigan Gaming Control Board, in accordance with state regulations.
