SECURITY GUARD SUPERVISOR (Security)

Security Supervisor (Day Shift)

We are seeking an experienced Security Supervisor to oversee daily security operations at our industrial facility. You will lead our on-site team and report directly to the Chief of Security.

Day Shift, Full-Time Compensation: $25.00 per hour, biweekly pay frequency

Manufacturing

• Supervise Staff:
  Lead, train, and schedule security personnel. Responsible for any disciplinary actions
• Monitor Operations:
  Oversee gate access, patrols, and heavy machinery perimeter surveillance. Maintain a safe and secure environment
• Enforce Protocols:
  Ensure strict compliance with safety and hazard policies
• Incident Response:
  Act as first responder to site emergencies and disturbances
• Report Writing:
  Document detailed incident logs for the Chief of Security
• Inspect Equipment:
  Verify that all security systems function properly

• Experience:
  
  Minimum 10 years of professional security experience
• Licensing:
  Must possess current CPL or CCW license
• Leadership:
  Proven track record managing or supervising a security team
• Communication:
  Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Problem Solving:
  Ability to make quick, sound decisions under pressure
• Background Check:
  Must pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening and have a clean driving record
