Security Officer Entry Screener

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to drivers, visitors, and personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate;
Monitor access points for a logistics and distribution location; verify credentials, maintain visitor and driver entry records, and communicate access concerns to site contacts;
Respond to incidents, access-control alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; document observations and follow site reporting procedures;
Conduct regular and random patrols of entry gates, trailer yards, loading areas, parking areas, and the business perimeter to help deter unauthorized access and identify security-related concerns;
Support the orderly movement of authorized vehicles and personnel by following site-specific access procedures and coordinating with operations personnel and/or emergency responders when needed
