• Pay rate $30-$45 per hour plus service spiffs.

• System Diagnostics: Troubleshoot, locate, and repair malfunctions in residential ventilation and air conditioning equipment.
• Preventive Maintenance: Perform routine servicing, including cleaning air handling systems, monitoring reheat coils, and replacing filters, motors, fans, and belts.
• Technical Calibration: Monitor and calibrate air handling systems to ensure peak performance and prevent future equipment failure.
• Customer Communication: Translate complex technical issues into easy-to-understand options and provide transparent cost estimates to customers.
• Consultative Sales: Ask lifestyle-based questions to identify customer needs and recommend the right products, services, or maintenance plans.
• System Upgrades: Identify and explain replacement opportunities for aging, underperforming, or inefficient systems to improve customer comfort.
• Brand Ambassadorship: Maintain a professional and knowledgeable presence to build rapport, secure repeat business, and generate referrals.
• Operational Support: Collaborate with customer service and dispatch teams to ensure timely service and overall business success.
• Resource Management: Maintain a clean, organized job site and ensure the service truck is fully inventoried and mission-ready.
• Administrative Accuracy: Complete and submit invoices, time cards, and option sheets with high attention to detail and punctuality.
• Continuous Learning: Participate in all required training exercises, morning meetings, trade shows, and company retreats.

• Experience: 2+ years of hands‑on experience in residential HVAC services.
• Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Licensing: Valid Driver’s License with a clean, safe driving record.
• Compliance: EPA Certification (preferred) and a solid understanding of local HVAC codes.
• Drive: Commitment to continued education and the pursuit of NATE certification.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written skills with the ability to build high-integrity social connections.
• Mindset: A competitive team player who is highly organized and dedicated to daily professional growth.

• Ability to lift and/or carry up to 50-75 lbs.
• Ability to frequent stoop, kneel and crouch to work in tight spaces.
• Ability to climb and work from ladders.
• Must be able to work in both extreme heat and cold, as well as adverse weather conditions.
