We are hiring a Warehouse Coordinator to coordinate construction material receiving, documentation, and storage; locate and issue job site material; and oversee delivery of materials to job sites and customer locations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all items are stored according to field work procedures and company standards.
  • Prepare and maintain current inventory records for materials received, stored, issued and transferred off-site.
  • Order materials and maintain stock material inventory, monitor minimum levels, and prepare purchase requisitions when stock is below minimum level.
  • Make construction material deliveries to job sites and customer locations.
  • Perform physical inventory against inventory control records to ensure accuracy.
  • Inspect warehouse for cleanliness, etc.
  • Perform data entry and recordkeeping duties as needed.
  • Occasional operation of fork trucks.
Required Qualifications:
  • 6 months material control/warehouse experience or related experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Excellent organization and recordkeeping skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Associate's degree in related field.
  • 2+ years of warehouse experience.
  • Experience with Precoro system.
  • Forklift certification or ability to obtain.
