Master Electricians – Residential - Needed in Metro Detroit Area

A leader in residential property management with facilities in Metro Detroit, Michigan, is currently looking to hire several Master Electricians for Long-Term opportunities with their growing company. The Master Electrician hourly rates are anticipated to start between $30 to $43 per hour based on each candidate’s skills, experience, and education. All well qualified candidates will be considered regardless of pay rate. Overtime is paid at premium rates over 40 hours. Qualified Master Electricians will have most, if not all, of the following skills and experience:

• Valid Master Electrician’s license with a minimum of 5 years’ experience as a licensed electrician.
• Knowledgeable of electrical building codes, schematics, pulling permits, inspections, upgrades, panel work, certifications, and safe installations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team with good communication skills.
• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and replace electrical circuits, systems, controls and appliances in the renovation and repair of buildings and residential units.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and comfortable working in a variety of residential environments.
• Able to pass standard pre-hire checks including background, drug screen, etc.
