Body Shop Technician

Ray Laethem is Hiring Body Shop Technicians to work in a friendly and professional work environment. We offer competitive pay plans and have plenty of work available. • Perform collision repairs according to manufacturer and industry standards
• Repair and replace damaged body panels, frames, and components
• Conduct body filler, sanding, grinding, and metal finishing work
• Remove and reinstall vehicle parts and trim
• Maintain repair quality and meet production deadlines
• Work closely with estimators, painters, and management
• Ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment

• Must have previous experience as a body shop technician
• Knowledge of repair procedures, welding, and frame repair
• Have a valid driver’s license, with a clean driving record
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
