Maintenance Supervisor

The supervisor oversees both corrective and preventive maintenance activities, addresses operational issues and emergencies, and prioritizes maintaining a safe, compliant workplace. This role includes leading both union and non-union teams, managing inventory, and ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget.

• Licensed commercial electrician with 5+ years of experience (Master Electrician certification)
• 2+ years of experience supervising staff (union and non-union)

Compensation for this role will be determined based on the individual's skill sets, experience, licensure, certifications, and location. Eligible for discretionary bonuses. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage and participation in the company's 401(k) retirement plan.
