Maintenance Technician – All Shifts Available (Brighton, Michigan)

Our Maintenance & Calibration team plays a critical role in ensuring our facility, equipment, and utilities operate reliably to support life‑changing therapies.
The RoleThe Maintenance Technician supports the day‑to‑day maintenance, troubleshooting, and calibration of production equipment and facility systems in a regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for ensuring equipment and utilities are operating safely, efficiently, and in compliance with GMP standards.

- Perform routine and non-routine maintenance on production equipment, utilities, and facility systems
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation issues
- Support installation, calibration, and commissioning of equipment
- Monitor and support building and utility systems (HVAC, automation, etc.)
- Assist with execution of qualification and validation activities
- Document maintenance activities in accordance with GMP and GDP requirements
- Develop and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
- 5+ years of industrial maintenance or related experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent required (trade school or technical degree preferred)
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical, electrical, and P&
- Experience with troubleshooting automated systems
- Familiarity with PLC systems (Allen‑Bradley preferred) is a plus
- Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment as needed; climb ladders, kneel, and work in mechanical spaces; use hand and power tools; stand and move throughout the shift.
