Position Overview
Join LINC, a division of Universal Logistics, as a full‑time forklift driver at our Detroit, MI facility located at 2860 Clark St.
Responsibilities- Operate forklift(s) safely to move and stack materials.
- Assist with loading and unloading pallets and goods for outbound and inbound shipments.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Follow all safety and company procedures.
- Base shift: 9pm–10am (10‑12 hour shift) with mandatory overtime.
- Training available on 6am or 12pm for a few weeks.
- Hourly rate: $16.00/hr to start; $1.50/hr after 90days if medical insurance not elected.
- Full‑time hours.
- Low‑cost medical and dental insurance.

- Annual pay reviews.
- Strong, forward‑thinking attitude and high motivation.
- Team‑oriented and able to work collaboratively.
- Wear close‑toed shoes for on‑site application.
