We're looking for a skilled HVAC Sheet Metal Installer / HVAC Refrigeration Technician to join our team and support the installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems across multiple sites.

As an HVAC Sheet Metal Installer / HVAC Refrigeration Technician, you'll work independently and with a team to ensure systems are installed correctly and operating efficiently. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Fabricating, assembling, and installing HVAC sheet metal ductwork and components
• Installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems
• Reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and mechanical drawings
• Performing routine inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC and refrigeration equipment
• Installing and servicing equipment such as RTUs, split systems, walk-in coolers/freezers, air handlers, and exhaust systems
• Ensuring proper system airflow, duct sealing, and insulation installation
• Coordinating with team members and customers on project timelines and service needs
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Ensuring all work complies with local, state, and federal codes and company standards

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in HVAC installation and/or refrigeration service
• Experience with sheet metal fabrication and duct installation
• EPA 608 Certification (preferred or required based on role)
• Knowledge of commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with hand and power tools
• Valid driver's license

Ability to lift 50 lbs or more regularly

Comfortable working at heights, climbing ladders, and in confined spaces

Availability for occasional overtime or after-hours work as needed
