As a home plumbing technician, you’ll be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, installing, and maintaining plumbing systems in homes while providing top-notch service to our clients.
Responsibilities:- Troubleshoot and fix various residential plumbing problems, including leaks, clogs, and water heaters
- Install, service, and replace plumbing fixtures like faucets, toilets, and garbage disposals
- Handle drain cleaning and basic sewer line issues
- Complete service calls efficiently and to customers’ satisfaction
- Communicate repair options clearly to homeowners
- Maintain a clean work area and adhere to safety procedures
- Follow plumbing codes and company standards
- Keep tools, equipment, and service vehicle in good condition
- Experience in residential plumbing service
- Michigan plumbing license (Journeyman or Master) required
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record
- Physical ability to handle plumbing work
- Commitment to safety and quality
Additional experience with:
- Water heaters, treatment systems, drain cleaning
- Sewer and water line repairs, gas piping, boilers
- Backflow prevention, mobile service software
- Hourly pay range: $30-$45/hour
