ASecurity Film Installerisresponsibleforaccuratelymeasuring ,cutting,andapplyingsecurityfilmstowindowsandglasssurfacesinresidential,commercial,orindustrialsettings.
Theprimarygoalwillbetoenhancesecurity,privacy,andsafetybyinstallinghigh-qualityfilmsaccordingtoclientspecificationsandindustrystandards.
Thispositionisconsideredsafety-sensitivebecauseitperformsdutiesintheresidentialorcommercialpremisesofacustomer,andmayoperateamotorvehicle,equipment,machinery,orpowertools.
- Visitjobsitestoassesstherequirementsforsecurityfilminstallation.
- Assistthe Team Leadtomeasurewindowsandglasssurfacesaccuratelytodetermine filmdimensionsneededtoefficientlyinstallsecurityfilm.
- Preparetheworkareabycleaningandpreppingthesurfacesforinstallationandedgesealing.
- Cut securityfilmspreciselyaccordingtomeasurementsusingappropriatetools.
- Apply securityfilmstowindowsandglasssurfaces,ensuringaproperfitandalignment.
- Usespecializedtechniquestoremoveairbubblesandensureasmooth,uniform application.
- Applyedgesealingandfinishingtouchestoenhancefilmdurabilityandaesthetics.
- Workcollaborativelyasateamtocommunicateeffectively,cooperatewithandtrainothers,andfosteracultureofsafety,craftsmanworkquality,efficiency,and accountability.
- Identifyandaddressanyqualityconcernsorissueswith Team Lead .
- Maintaintrailercleanlinessandequipmenttoensureproperlystockedandinsafeworkingconditionsattheendofajobincludingensuringtrashisremoved.
- Communicate to Team Leadofanyinventoryorequipmentshortagesofstock .
- Performjobdutiesaccordingtorelevantindustryregulationsandsafetystandards,aswellasinternalcompanypolicyandprocedures.
- Ensureattheendofeveryworkdaythattheworksiteisclean,allsiteentrieshavebeenproperlylocked,andequipmentissecured.
- Communicate respectfully,professionally,andeffectivelywithinternalandexternalentities.
- Maintainuptodateloggingofallpersonallyinstalledlayersbytheendofshift.
- Maintainaccuratetimerecordsandexpensedocumentationaccordingtocompanypolicyfortimelysubmissionforpayroll.
- Completeinitialsafetytrainingandorientationaswellasparticipateinongoingtraining.
- Completesecurityfilminstallation,cutter,andcaulkertrainingwithinthefirstyearofhire.
- Participateinmonthlytrainingtopicsandapplyasnecessarytoworksite.
- Participateinteammeetingsandotherrelevantactivitiesandtraining.
- Other Dutiesas Assigned
- Physicalcapabilitytoperformtasksinvolvingfrequentstanding,sitting,walking,driving,bending,stooping,squatting,kneeling,pushing/pulling,twisting,reaching,climbing,foot control,andrepetitivehandling/grasping.
- Thispositionoperatesinbothindoorandoutdoorworkenvironmentswhereexposuretovariableweatherconditionsisfrequent.
- Thispositionrequiresadequateverbal,visual,andhearingabilities.
- Thispositionfrequentlyoperatesinconstructionsiteenvironmentswhichmayhaveadditionalphysicalconditionsincludingnoise,dust,vibration,andotherpotentialhazardouselements.
- Mustbeabletodomediumworkthatincludesmovingandlifting
