Job Description
We are growing and need to grow our maintenance team. We are presently seeking a Property Maintenance Technician in Flint, Michigan, who will perform general maintenance, as well as basic repairs to homes. The ideal candidate will have prior maintenance experience including drywall installation/ patches, painting, hanging interior and exterior doors, blinds, installing toilets, fixing leaky pipes, painting, lift heavy objects, light electrical, etc.
Job Requirements- Have reliable transportation, have your own tools
- Will Prepare homes for move in’s, complete work orders/service calls
- Ability to efficiently perform job responsibilities with minimal supervision.
- Ability to lift or to move up to 75 pounds.
- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliance repairs, HVAC, and carpentry is a plus.
- maintenance/carpentry: 1 year + (Required)
