Position Title: Concrete Finisher

Reports To: Project Coordinator

Department: Hard Surface Restoration

FLSA: Non-Exempt

Location: Detroit, Michigan

Healthcare: Provided by Company

401K: Available to all eligible employees

Hourly Pay: Negotiable, experience based

90-day Benchmark Bonus: Available to new hires, details will be given at initial interview

Job Summary We are looking for concrete finishers to join our team! As a finisher, you would be responsible for prepping, forming, and finishing various concrete hard surface types (walks, drive, curbs, ADA ramps, etc.) within the limits of cities and other municipalities.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities

• Dig-out, grading, forming, and finishing concrete
• Assist with other duties assigned by the coordinator and/or foreman
• Operate hand-tools or power tools as needed
• Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with all safety procedures, rules, and regulations

Requirements

• Three years of experience preferred, but not required
• Valid driver license
• Satisfactory driving record (MVR check will be conducted prior to hire)
• Ability to lift 50 pounds, squat and stand for long periods of time
• Must be able to pass pre-employment and random drug screens in accordance with company policy and DOT regulations
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background screening
• Team player with a safety mindset
• Willing to work overtime and weekends
