Branch Coordinator

Sherwin-Williams seeks a Branch Coordinator Spray Equipment Repairer to support our manufacturing and coatings customers. In this role, you coordinate branch repair workflow, diagnose and repair spray equipment, manage parts inventory, and ensure timely, high-quality service. You'll interface with customers and branch staff, document work orders, and uphold safety and quality standards. Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily spray equipment repair workflow for the branch
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair spray equipment and related systems
• Manage parts and supplies inventory to support timely repairs
• Create and maintain work orders, repair records, and service documentation
• Communicate repair status and recommendations to customers and branch staff
• Ensure adherence to safety policies and manufacturer specifications
• Support branch operations, including scheduling and basic customer service
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to meet service goals
• Inspect returned equipment and determine repair versus replacement options
• Participate in ongoing technical and safety training programs
