You will operate within our High-Standard Residential Niche, managing 1,000+ doors across Grand Rapids.

• The Professional Turn:
  You will execute "make-ready" projects that turn vacant units into "Gold Standard" homes. This is about precision, not just a "landlord special" coat of paint.
• Advanced Diagnostics:
  You’ll handle plumbing, electrical troubleshooting, and carpentry using the best tools in the industry.
• The Tech Stack:
  You’ll use Property Meld and App Folio to track your work—no more paper trails or "lost" instructions.
• The Fleet:
  You’ll pilot one of our new 4-van fleet units, fully equipped and dedicated to your success.

• Proven Craftsmanship:
  Strong hands-on experience in remodeling, construction, or property maintenance. You know the difference between "fixed" and "done right."
