Position SummaryWe're hiring an experienced Commercial Pressure Washer Technician to operate commercial-grade equipment and clean building exteriors, sidewalks, parking lots, drive-thrus, dumpster pads, and other commercial surfaces. You'll work on active commercial sites — often during off-hours — with minimal supervision, so reliability and professionalism are essential.
What You'll Need (Required)- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience operating commercial pressure washing equipment
- Proven ability to operate both commercial hot water and cold water units
- Experience power washing commercial sites (retail, restaurant, office, or industrial)
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Knowledge of surface-cleaning chemicals and safe handling practices
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying weather
- Reliable transportation to job sites (or ability to operate a company vehicle)
- Operate and maintain commercial pressure washing equipment (hot/cold water units, surface cleaners, hoses, pumps)
- Power wash building facades, sidewalks, parking lots, drive-thrus, dumpster corrals, and other commercial surfaces
- Select the correct pressure settings, nozzles, and chemicals based on surface type
- Load, unload, and transport equipment safely between job sites
- Follow all safety protocols — PPE, chemical handling, and traffic/pedestrian safety on active commercial properties
- Complete job-site documentation: before/after photos, service logs, and work orders
- Communicate professionally with site managers and property staff
- Perform basic equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
- Experience with fleet or vehicle washing
- Familiarity with Service Channel, Corrigo, or similar work-order platforms
- Prior experience working under NTE (not-to-exceed) budgets for commercial clients
Physically demanding role involving prolonged standing, walking, bending, climbing ladders, and working outdoors in all seasons.
