Licensed Fire Alarm​/CCTV​/Access Control Service Technician

• Install & Service:
  Maintain Access Control, CCTV, and Intrusion Alarm systems at retail sites.
• Fieldwork:
  Run low-voltage cables, perform conduit work, drill concrete, and cut in door strikes/maglocks.
• Test & Troubleshoot:
  Ensure full system functionality and compliance with local and federal codes.
• Collaborate:
  Partner with Project Managers and provide on-site/remote technical support.

• Experience:
  
  Hands-on experience with commercial Access Control, CCTV, and Intrusion systems. (Fire alarms and data cabling a plus).
• Technical
  
  Skills:
  
  Ability to read blueprints; proficiency with smartphones, email, and spreadsheets.
• Travel & Flexibility:
  Willingness to travel extensively (75-100%) with flexible shifts.
• Requirements:
  Valid driver’s license with a clean record (No DUI/DWI in 3 years). Must have basic tools, PPE, and reliable personal transit for use during initial training.
