• Active School Psychologist certification in the state of Michigan is required
• Proven experience in a school-based setting, specifically with secondary-level students
• Strong skills in assessment, counseling, crisis intervention, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational abilities
• Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic educational environment

• Conduct comprehensive psycho educational evaluations and interpret results to support student learning and growth
• Work closely with students, providing direct counseling and intervention services as needed
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Provide crisis management and response services within the school environment
• Participate in school-based meetings, student support teams, and professional development sessions
