The New Foster Care (TNFC) in Detroit seeks a Transition Services Supervisor to lead the Transition Navigator team, ensuring trauma‑informed, participant‑centered services and high-quality case management.
As the TSS, you will supervise staff, maintain a small caseload of 5–10 participants, and collaborate with multidisciplinary partners to promote successful transitions for youth aged 14–29 within the TIP program.
