• Comprehensive assessment and reassessments conducted at intake and periodically to assist in determining individual client servie needs.
• Indivial Plan of Service (POS

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in a human service or related profession from an accredited program.

Social work, psychology, special education, rehabilitation counseling, family therapy and counseling are preferred degrees. Must have, or be able to obtain QIDP credential from Detroit Wayne Integrated Health Network within 30 days of employment.
