Street Outreach Case Manager Recovery

Neighborhood Service Organization is seeking a Street Outreach Case Manager in Detroit, MI to provide assessment, case plan development, housing placement, and linkage to benefits. This community-based role involves intensive outreach, serving a caseload under the PATH Outreach Supervisor.
