- Minimum 3 years of experience in contact center related technologies and experience in NICE CXone IVR & Bot Development using Mpower studio
- Hands‑on experience with NICE CXone development (Studio, APIs, scripting).
- Strong understanding of Cisco UCCE/UCCX call flows and routing logic.
- Experience with REST APIs, web services, and data exchange formats (JSON, XML).
- The NICE CXone Developer Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and customizing NICE CXone applications.
- Build integrations between CXone and enterprise systems (CRM, WFM, reporting tools).
- Support the migration from Cisco contact center platforms (UCCE/UCCX) to NICE CXone.
- Translate Cisco call flows and routing scripts into NICE CXone equivalents.
- Work with NICE CXone APIs, RESTful services, and connectors for third‑party systems.
- Develop automation scripts for provisioning and configuration.
- Work closely with infrastructure engineers, QA teams, and Cisco/NICE support.
- Prepare technical documentation, migration guides, and code repositories.
