Multiplayer Designer Games

Forbidden Kemono Studio LLC is recruiting one type of programmer to join Tavern Tycoon:
Brew & Brawl
, a semi-realistic stylized tavern management game with combat elements, built in Unreal Engine 5.

These are remote, revenue-share only roles (no salary, stipend, or hourly pay).

Applicants must be based in the USA or Canada
.

You’ll help design and support multiplayer or network-ready systems for current and future features.

• Implement and maintain networked gameplay systems
• Handle replication, RPCs, and authority flow
• Support co-op or multiplayer features where applicable
• Debug sync, latency, and connection issues
• Work with gameplay and AI programmers to keep systems stable

• Unreal Engine networking experience
• Understanding of replication, client/server logic, and RPCs
• Blueprint or C++ experience (either is acceptable)

• Comfortable collaborating remotely via Discord
• Able to work within an existing project and take feedback
• Based in the USA or Canada
• Comfortable with a revenue-share only

• Revenue-share only (no upfront pay)
• Percentage is project-based and documented in the Independent Contractor Agreement before starting
