As a Salesforce Developer, you will make an impact by delivering high‑quality Salesforce custom development across Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and OmniScripts. You will be a valued member of the Salesforce delivery team and work collaboratively with technical leads, product owners, business analysts, and cross‑functional scrum teams.

• Collaborate with the scrum team to refine user stories and estimations.
• Work with the technical lead on system design and architecture.
• Deliver custom Salesforce development across Apex, LWC, Flows, OmniScripts.
• Write Apex test classes ensuring minimum 75% coverage.
• Support reviews, bug fixes, testing, deployments, merges.
• Participate in agile ceremonies.

Based on this role’s business requirements, this is an onsite position requiring the candidates in a client or Cognizant office in Charlotte, NC or Detroit, MI. Regardless of your working arrangement, we are here to support a healthy work‑life balance through our various wellbeing programs.

• 3–5 years Salesforce custom development experience.
• Proficiency in Apex triggers, controllers, async Apex.
• Advanced LWC and modern JavaScript.
• SOQL/SOSL expertise.
• Experience with REST APIs, Graph
  
  QL.
• Strong data modeling skills.
• Proficiency with Git and deployment tools.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and operate in fast‑paced environments.

• PD1 and PD2 certifications.
• Data Cloud or AI specialization.
• Strong problem‑solving.
• Ability to work independently.
