Work Schedule:

Our team is seeking a Fellow Software Engineer to serve at the highest level of application development and technical lead expertise, responsible for championing software development and driving continuous improvement in our products. Your primary mission is to engineer scalable, secure, and reusable platforms that empower product teams to deliver elite user experiences at an enterprise scale. Beyond technical architecture, you will be a cornerstone of our Cloud and Dev Ops evolution.

You will be responsible for institutionalizing best practices in reliability, performance, and observability across the entire software lifecycle. Operating within a highly regulated sector, you will work at the intersection of engineering and governance. You will partner with AML Compliance, Security, and Risk teams to embed regulatory requirements directly into our technical fabric. The ideal talent will have experience driving large scale development efforts in an agile environment as well as a thorough understanding of Dev Ops practices.

We are looking for a high energy, team player interested in joining a group of Relentless Allies dedicated to making an impact on the marketplace. This position will report to a Director of Software Development or a Senior Technology Director. Passion for technology and problem solving are a must have.

The Work Itself

* Serve as a high‑impact individual contributor, designing and building core platform services, shared components, frameworks, CLIs, and tooling that materially improve developer productivity, system reliability, and scalability.

* Provide deep API development expertise, with strong subject‑matter knowledge in AML compliance, enterprise integrations, and long‑term platform sustainment.

* Own and evolve the end‑to‑end API platform architecture, balancing developer experience with enterprise requirements for performance, scalability, security, observability, and regulatory compliance.

* Mentor and develop senior and principal engineers through active engagement, including architecture and design sessions, code reviews, system walkthroughs, and pair‑designing complex systems.
