Full Stack Developer, Java Developer
We are seeking experienced Senior Full Stack Java Developers to join a fast-paced technology team supporting enterprise healthcare insurance platforms and digital transformation initiatives. This role is ideal for highly analytical engineers who thrive in solving complex technical problems, building scalable applications, and contributing to modern full-stack development efforts.
The ideal candidate is a forward-thinking technologist with strong backend Java expertise, modern frontend development experience, and the ability to work collaboratively across Agile teams. Candidates should possess excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and a solution-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise-level full stack applications within the healthcare insurance domain
- Develop scalable backend services using Core Java, J2EE, and Spring Framework technologies
- Build and support responsive frontend applications using Angular, Type Script, and Node.js
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, QA engineers, product owners, and business stakeholders
- Troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and optimize application performance through JVM tuning and profiling
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices using Jersey and related technologies
- Write efficient SQL and PL/SQL queries and support Oracle database development activities
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, code reviews, and retrospectives
- Ensure adherence to best practices for code quality, scalability, security, and maintainability
- Support production deployments, issue resolution, and ongoing application enhancements
- 5+ years of hands‑on software development experience
- Strong experience with:
- Spring Framework / Spring Boot
- JVM internals, profiling, and performance tuning
- Angular, Type Script, and Node.js
- HTML5 / CSS3
- RESTful services and Jersey framework
- SQL and PL/SQL
- Oracle Database
- Experience working within Agile development environments
- Strong analytical reasoning and problem‑solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Unix / Linux and Shell scripting
- Docker and containerization technologies
- Experience with Redis or Memcached
- SAML authentication and security integrations
- Experience working in healthcare insurance or other highly regulated environments
- Exposure to microservices architecture and cloud-based deployments
