OverviewWork closely with clients, business analysts, and team members on projects ranging from small to large, complex initiatives to understand business requirements and design quality technical solutions that align with business and IT strategies while complying with architectural standards. Provide end‑to‑end support in the full systems life cycle to ensure application delivery on time and within budget.
We require an AI Engineer with hands‑on experience designing, building, and deploying Generative AI, Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG), and Agentic AI solutions within large‑scale, big‑data environments. Proven delivery experience with Agile methodologies is mandatory.
Responsibilities- Design, develop, and implement end‑to‑end agentic AI systems that integrate Large Language Models (LLMs), multi‑agent orchestration frameworks, enterprise‑grade data pipelines, and business and operational applications.
- Deliver production‑grade solutions meeting enterprise standards for reliability, scalability, performance, and maintainability.
- Code applications following disciplined development processes, including integration with external applications and platforms.
- Create data extracts and reports per system requirements, and develop, execute, and document unit test plans.
- Support and execute all testing efforts across the life cycle.
- Troubleshoot existing information systems to identify and resolve errors or deficiencies.
- Provide ongoing maintenance of applications, including gap analysis and recommendation of performance improvements.
- Assist in deployment of new modules, upgrades, and fixes to the production environment, ensuring production readiness and proper version control.
- Participate in project planning processes and collaborate with architects on data feed feasibility and technical requirements.
- Review modules for quality assurance and provide technical coaching and mentoring to less‑experienced team members.
- Prepare and present formal training to IT staff and develop user guides and training documentation.

Education and/or Experience
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- Three (3) years of advanced programming techniques and application design required.
- Experience in systems design with a solid understanding of development, database development, testing, and integration methodologies required.
- Project management experience preferred.

- AWS Nova and Anthropic Claude Sonnet.
- Certified AWS AI Practitioner – Foundational.
