Senior OneStream Developer & Administrator

Location: Hybrid (Eastern Time Zone required)

We are seeking a senior-level One Stream Developer & Administrator to serve as the internal technical owner of our enterprise One Stream platform. In this high-visibility role, you will take direct hands-on ownership of application architecture, custom development, and system administration as we transition technical control in-house.

Working directly alongside senior finance leadership and external implementation partners, you will drive ongoing enhancements across corporate consolidations, SIOP, cash forecasting, and upcoming module builds such as Tax Provisioning. This is an ideal role for an experienced One Stream architect who thrives in a fast-paced, private equity-backed environment and enjoys solving complex data integration challenges.

• Application Development & Architecture: Design, build, and maintain One Stream applications, including custom business rules ( / API), member formulas, extensible dimensionality, cube views, dashboards, forms, and workflows.
• Platform Ownership: Serve as the primary internal technical expert, eventually taking full ownership of application changes and development from external consulting partners and international resources.
• Integrations & Data Management: Build and manage data transformations and integrations across multiple source systems (QAD, M3, JDE, Success Factors, data warehouses, and complex flat-file feeds).
• Module Expansion: Support upcoming build-outs and enhancements, including Tax Provisioning (local GAAP data pulls and transformation rules), SIOP, and detailed cash forecasting models.
• Environment & Release Management: Manage dev/test/prod promotions, regression testing, patch updates, security structures, and overall environment stability.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with internal FP&A/Accounting teams, IT leadership, and external integration consultants to ensure high application performance and alignment with business goals.

  Experience:
  
  5+ years of dedicated One Stream administration and technical development experience across multiple full-lifecycle implementations or major enhancement cycles.
• Advanced Scripting & Development: Proven, deep technical proficiency in writing and modifying custom One Stream business rules using and One Stream APIs (not just basic metadata/admin maintenance).
• Complex Architecture: Strong knowledge of extensible dimensionality, cube design, data management steps, and complex financial rules.
• Integration Expertise: Solid background with integration tools, SQL, multi-ERP environments, and handling non-standard data sources/flat files.
• Time Zone Alignment: Must be located in the Eastern Time Zone to ensure necessary overlap with global teams across Europe and Asia.
• Process Familiarity: Experience working within Agile/Scrum delivery frameworks is preferred.

  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field. Official One Stream certifications are a plus, but deep practical engineering experience is prioritized.
