* Minimum 3 years of experience in Conversational AI, Virtual Agent, Chatbot, Bot Development, or Contact Center AI platforms.
* Hands-on experience with Cognigy.
AI and NICE CXone / NICE Mpower Agentic AI solutions.
* Strong understanding of NLP, NLU, intent/entity design, dialogue management, and conversational design.
* Experience with voice bot / chatbot design for customer service and contact center workflows.
* Proficiency in JavaScript, Node.js, Python, REST APIs, webhooks, JSON and XML.
* Exposure to GenAI / LLM platforms such as Azure OpenAI, OpenAI GPT, or Vertex AI.
Design, develop, and customize Cognigy.
AI and NICE CXone Agentic AI conversational solutions.
* Build and maintain flows, intents, entities, context management, business logic, and dialogue orchestration.
* Develop AI-powered virtual agents for voice and digital customer interaction channels.
* Integrate Cognigy.
AI with NICE CXone, Salesforce Agent Voice, Service Now, CRM, knowledge bases, and enterprise systems.
* Configure Agent Assist, Knowledge AI, virtual agents, and AI-powered customer journeys.
* Develop API/middleware components; support testing, troubleshooting, tuning, deployment, and production support.
* Work with architects
* Cognigy.
