Responsibilities- Enter and update shipment information.
- Prepare and organize bills of lading, delivery receipts, and other freight documents.
- Track shipments and assist with pickup and delivery updates.
- Communicate with drivers, customers, and operations staff.
- Scan, file, and maintain freight records.
- Assist with billing, proof-of-delivery documents, and freight discrepancies.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and email.
- Professional communication skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous freight or office experience is not required.
