Trucking Dispatcher

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule transportation services efficiently.
• Utilize systems such as AS400, GIS, and Syte Line for effective dispatching.
• Collaborate with the supply chain team to ensure timely deliveries.
• Communicate with drivers to provide necessary instructions and updates.
• Conduct transportation planning to optimize routes and minimize delays.
• Monitor fleet management activities to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Perform data entry tasks accurately and maintain organized records.
• Analyze transportation data to identify areas for improvement.

Skills:

• Proficiency in using AS400, GIS, Syte Line, and other relevant dispatching software.
• Experience in supply chain management and transportation logistics.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with drivers and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of fleet management practices and transportation regulations.
• Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to analyze transportation data and make informed decisions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $1,400.00 - $1,800.00 per week
