Job OverviewJoin our team in "Doing the Most Good" as a Forklift Driver. This dynamic role combines hands-on warehouse operations with the opportunity to mentor and support program beneficiaries in their work therapy development. You'll help maintain an organized warehouse while making a meaningful impact in people's lives.
Pay Rate: $18 - $23/hour
Status:
Full-Time, 40 hours per week
Warehouse Operations
- Load, unload, and move products to correct departments
- Price merchandise according to guidelines
- Track production numbers and complete reports
- Maintain organized work areas and clean environment
- Operate warehouse equipment as trained
- Follow safety protocols and procedures
Donation Processing
- Assist donors with donation drop-offs
- Complete donation receipts accurately
- Collect and track donor information
- Process various types of donations including:
- Clothing and accessories
- Household items
- Electronics
- Furniture and antiques
- Jewelry and collectibles
Equipment Operation May be trained to operate:
- Baler
- Compactor
- Forklift
- Elevator
- Other warehouse equipment
Required Education & Experience
- High School Diploma preferred
- Must read, write, and speak English proficiently
- Warehouse experience beneficial
- Customer service experience helpful

Physical Requirements
- Regular lifting up to 50 pounds
- Occasional lifting up to 100 pounds
