We are seeking a detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Clerk with strong computer skills and hands‑on experience in shipping/receiving operations. The ideal candidate will also be experienced in operating a hi‑lo (forklift) and capable of handling daily logistics tasks in a fast‑paced environment. This role is critical to maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring timely shipments, and supporting overall warehouse efficiency.

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against packing lists or purchase orders.
• Accurately enter data into inventory and shipping systems (e.g., ERP, WMS, or shipping platforms like UPS World Ship or Fed Ex).
• Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling, packaging, and coordinating with carriers.
• Maintain organized records of received goods and shipped materials.
• Load and unload trucks using a hi‑lo/forklift safely and efficiently.
• Coordinate with internal departments (production, customer service, purchasing) to ensure timely material flow.
• Conduct inventory counts and assist with cycle counts as needed.
• Identify and report any damages, shortages, or discrepancies immediately.
• Maintain a clean and orderly shipping/receiving area.
• Follow all safety procedures and participate in safety programs.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in shipping and receiving.
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and shipping software.
• Experience using inventory management or ERP systems is a plus.
• Valid forklift license and at least 1 year of hi‑lo (forklift) driving experience required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
