Warehouse Manager – Position Type:
Full-Time
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM - 3:30 PM
The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations within the warehouse, ensuring efficient tool tracking, inventory control, shipping and receiving, and support for field and project operations. This role is critical in maintaining the organization of materials, small tools, and equipment necessary for successful project execution. The Warehouse Manager will supervise warehouse staff, manage routes and a team of drivers, coordinate with project managers and foremen, and ensure compliance with standards for accuracy, cleanliness, and responsiveness.

- Staff Supervision and Safety
- Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical construction or warehouse operations within a construction environment.
- Strong knowledge of electrical tools, equipment, and material handling practices - electrical experience required.
- Proficiency with inventory management software such as Tool Watch - tool knowledge required.
- Demonstrated experience in routing/scheduling and managing people and processes.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities with field crews, project managers, vendors, and leadership.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and direct a small team.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Previous experience supporting electricians, project managers, service teams, or construction field crews.
- Familiarity with vendor pickups, material staging, equipment tracking, and warehouse inventory processes.
- Experience coordinating fleet records, equipment logs, insurance renewals, tags, or asset assignments.
- Familiarity with new asset tracking software or willingness to adopt new systems.
- Ability to lead or direct others respectfully while maintaining accountability.
- Strong sense of urgency, practical judgment, and willingness to help where needed.
