DOWR zoekt een kwartiermaker die een samenhangend portfolioproces opzet en implementeert voor IV‑initiatieven. Je werkt aan intake, prioritering en besluitvorming met duidelijke rollen en mandaten. Doel is draagvlak en bruikbare instrumenten binnen de organisatie.
De rol is tijdelijk en gericht op inrichting, implementatie en overdracht, met circa 24–32 uur per week, en rapporteert aan CIO‑overleg voor voortgang en besluiten.
