• Verwelkomen van gasten bij de receptie
• Inchecken en uitchecken van gasten
• Bieden van uitstekende guest service door vragen te beantwoorden en hulp te beiden aan gasten
• Assisteren bij het beheer van reserveringen en het verstrekken van informatie aan gasten
• Ondersteunen bij dagelijkse administratieve taken en zorgen voor een soepele operationele werking van de Front Office
• De voorbereiding en assistentie van ontbijtservice.

• Engels sprekend
• Sterke communicator en teamspeler
• Kunnen werken in een dynamische, snel veranderende en veeleisende omgeving
• Een hands-on mentaliteit hebben en zelfstandig kunnen werken
• Georganiseerd zijn en oog voor detail hebben
• Flexibel zijn wat betreft werktijden en

• Welcoming guests at the front desk
• Checking in and checking out guests
• Provide excellent guest service by answering questions and offering assistance to guests.
• Assist in managing reservations and providing information to guests.
• Assist with daily administrative tasks and ensure the smooth operational functioning of the Front Office
• The preparation and assistance of Breakfast Service

• English speaking, Dutch is a plus.
• Strong communicator and team player
• Be able to work in a dynamic, rapidly changing, and demanding environment.
• Have a hands-on mentality and be able to work independently.
• Be organized and have an eye for detail.
• Be flexible in terms of working hours and days.
• Be a reliable person the team can rely on.

• Monthly internship of 500
