ALDI zoekt een Manager HR voor het regiokantoor Deventer. Je bent hét centrale aanspreekpunt voor management, medewerkers en de OR op alle HR-gebied. Je draagt bij aan HR-ontwikkeling binnen het Deventer regiokantoor en stuurt een klein HR-team aan.
Je hebt minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in een brede HR-rol en beschikt over HBO-denkniveau met een opleiding in HR/Bedrijfskunde/Psychologie. Je beheerst NL/EN, en werkt vaak op kantoor met regelmatige filialenbezoeken.
