Eventide Heartland Care Center is currently recruiting for a Staffing Coordinator. The position is full-time, Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m.

- 4:30 p.m.

• Prepares and maintains schedules for all resident care staff. The schedule will be posted in advance and personnel will be informed of any changes made to the schedule.
• Monitors schedules on a daily basis, securing replacements as needed.
• Performs clerical and telephone duties requiring a working knowledge of office machines, departmental programs, operating procedures, computers, and filing.
• Informs Human Resource department of hiring needs for direct care positions.
• Supports and maintains effective and positive communication and working relations with all staff.
• Assumes additional responsibilities and duties as directed by the Executive Director and the Director of Nursing.

• A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
• Secondary education is preferred.

At Eventide, the estimated starting pay range for the Staffing Coordinator is $20.00 - $22.40 per hour, based on qualifications, experience, and location.
