Gate City Bank is looking for a service-driven Customer Service Representative to support customers at our Devils Lake Office. This part-time role focuses on day-to-day banking services, relationship building delivering an exceptional experience. • Guaranteed 20-29 hours per week
• Monday - Friday: 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM.
• 2 Saturdays per month: 8:45 AM - 12:15 PM.

• Range: $17.50 - $18.50 per hour
• Saturday Incentive:
  Extra $5 for any Saturday worked!

• Assist customers with routine banking transactions while providing a welcoming, professional experience.
• Support customers in opening new accounts and understanding products that fit their financial needs.
• Maintain balanced cash drawers and follow all cash-handling expectations.
• Adhere to Bank policies, security guidelines, and customer service standards.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, retail, cash handling, or sales preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Positive attitude and genuine desire to help others.

• Pay Range: $17.50 - $18.50 per hour
