ScheduleFull-time, 12-hour shifts (day/night/weekend rotations). Mid-level support during peak hours.
Pay SummaryW2 Employee Option (Living in the Community)
- Base Compensation: $250/hr
- Quality Bonus: $10/hr (paid quarterly)
- Annualized:
Approximately $561,600 based on 2,160 hours/year, including bonuses - Sign-on Bonus: $50,000 (treated as a forgivable loan over 3 years)

Licenses
Eligible for a North Dakota Medical License
