Join a state-of-the-art healthcare facility serving a 10,000-volume ER in a vibrant lakeside community. This role offers flexibility with both W2 and 1099 options available, allowing you to choose a model that fits your needs while delivering high-quality care and performing advanced procedures such as intubations, chest tubes, and critical care. This role can offer up to $616K and a $50,000 Bonus depending on the package you choose.
Schedule- Full-time, 12-hour shifts (day/night/weekend rotations).
- Mid-level support during peak hours.
- Base Compensation: $250/hr.
- Quality Bonus: $10/hr (paid quarterly).
- Annualized:
Approximately $561,600 based on 2,160 hours/year, including bonuses. - Sign-on Bonus: $50,000 (treated as a forgivable loan over 3 years).

Compassionate, adaptable, and skilled in handling diverse medical conditions. - Systems Used:
Meditech EHR. - Ideal Candidate Features:
Proficiency in emergency procedures, including resuscitations and airway management.
