- 12-hour shifts with a mix of days and nights; 13 shifts per month
- Critical Access Hospital with APP support in the emergency department
- Approximately 25 patients per day with a manageable clinical volume
- ABEM board-certified or board-eligible physicians encouraged to apply
- H-1B visa sponsorship accepted
