• Actively oversee the day-to-day operations of the service
• Ensure service is compliant with all service, state and NQS policies and legislations
• Create a fun, collaborative and stimulating environment for team members
• Creating and maintaining effective communication and partnerships with the families
• Mentoring team members to meet the standards and quality practices
• Ensuring a safe and healthy environment for all children, team and community

• Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA approved qualification)
• Prior experience as a director is essential
• Extensive knowledge of the EYLF and NQS frameworks
• Effective communication skills in order to collaborate with the team, families and community
• Thorough knowledge of early childhood policies and practices
