This is an excellent seat for someone with 2+ years of Ag or Commercial credit experience who’s eager to advance into a full lending role.
You’ll start by supporting senior lenders and managing credit and portfolio relationships — with a clear path to take on your own book and future advancement. The area offers an affordable, growing community with plenty of recreation and amenities.
- Support senior lenders and manage credit and portfolio relationships
- Assist in underwriting and monitoring credit quality
- Contribute to building and managing a loan portfolio with room for growth into an individual book
- 2+ years of Ag or Commercial credit experience
- Interest in growing into a full lending role
