Eventide Lake Country Manor Senior Living is currently seeking a PRN Universal Worker to work as needed. Receive a 15% differential added to base wage!

• Must have a current ND CNA license or be able to obtain it upon hire.

• Assists tenants with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Assists tenants with ambulation and/or therapeutic exercises.
• Observes and assists with medications that may have been ordinarily self-administered; may give oral and trans‑dermal medications, patches, eye drops, topical ointments, and suppositories under the direction of the nurse.
• Reads and records temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure, and weight.
• Provides adequate nutrition and fluid intake through meal preparation.
• Performs blood sugar testing and documents results.
• Provides tenants with emotional and cognitive support.
• Socializes with tenants; listens, converses, and participates in appropriate activities such as reading mail and writing letters.
• Offers guidance, redirection, and re‑orientation to tenants as needed.
• Develops rapport with tenants and families to understand their needs and interests.
• Documents in tenant records as instructed and in a timely manner.
• Participates in the development, implementation, and review of tenants’ plan of care.
• Recognizes and reports significant changes in the tenant’s health, behavior, or general appearance to the nurse.
• Complies with infection control policies and procedures.
• Recognizes emergencies and carries out emergency procedures according to policy.
• Promptly reports any occurrences of physical or mental abuse or potential for vulnerable adult reports to supervisor.
• Reviews communication notes at the start of each shift to stay informed of changes that may have occurred.
• Cleans apartments, service areas, and common areas.
• Sorts, washes, dries, and folds personal clothing and linens.
• Re‑stocks supplies as needed.
• Assists with serving meals in the dining room.
• Performs pet care per policy.
