Eventide Senior Living - - Responsibilities:
Provide individualized attention to residents according to their care plan;
Assist with grooming, bathing, oral hygiene, feeding, incontinent care, toileting, transferring, ambulation, and range of motion as indicated on care plan;
Maintain the comfort, privacy, and dignity of residents during service delivery;
Follow safety, infection control procedures and policies; report incidents of abuse or rights violations;
Document and record care provided and assist with resident activities and appointments
