Provide individualized attention to residents and follow care plans to support physical, mental, and psychosocial wellbeing;
Assist residents with grooming, bathing, feeding, toileting, transferring, ambulation, and range of motion as per care plans;
Maintain resident privacy, dignity, and comfort in service delivery;
Follow safety, infection control procedures, and report any incidents of abuse or rights violations;
Assist with lifting, transferring, and transporting residents using gait belts and other equipment as identified by care plans
