At Home Healthcare is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to perform therapy duties in the patient’s home, following the plan of care under a supervising Physical Therapist. You will guide patients through exercises, provide instructions, and monitor progress to support well-being.
The position requires living in or near the care area, a current PT assistant license, weekend availability, and driving to patient homes.
